How long will it take your business to prepare the order for delivery?

All Orders take 24 to 72 hours to be prepared. And are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.

What If I need to make changes to my order?

We are very hand on and direct with all our amazing customers! If you would like to make any changes to your order, just simply text 443-500-4745 or email us info@therealkingrichvirginhair.com with your order number, name and changes.

Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We ship by USPS Priority and Express mail.

How long will each available shipping method take?

USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 4 business days. Express Mail typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days.

Will tracking information be included?

Tracking is included with all orders via email.

All Shipments are signature required or insured by USPS to ensure clients receive their orders.

Refunds

At KingRich Virgin Hair, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days. All products must be in its original condition and packaging with absolutely no installations, alterations or cutting. Refunds can be returned to 3235 Belair road, Baltimore, MD, 21213. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the product. Brazilian Luxx, Brazilian Hair, Virgin Remy, Custom colored hair, wigs, eyelashes, clip ins and special orders cannot be exchanged (All sales are final). Raw Virgin Temple Hair is always recommended. A federal law prohibits the return of certain products that are already used. 

All returns and exchange labels paid for by the customer.

Exchanges

It is vital that you completely inspect your order upon receipt and prior to installation or any alterations.

Exchanges may be done within 5 days from the date the product is delivered. Custom colored hair, wigs, clip-ins and special orders cannot be exchanged (All Sales are Final).

If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture, origin, color, or length, you will be responsible for the differential and cost plus a 10% change order restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship replacement items until the original order is received and inspected.
